Clean apartment, everything was easy to access. Good location to State Farm stadium and shopping. My only complaint was there were only 4 pillows in the rental—aside from that everything was fantastic!

We arrived with no entrance information. It was 113 degrees outside and we couldn't get in. I called the owner and he said he forgot. He called the property manager who arrived ten minutes later and let us in. Since he forgot we were arriving, the AC was shut off and the temperature inside was 93 degrees! I called the owner again and he blamed the property manager. He did apologize but never offered anything to remedy the situation. We were there for a work event and needed to sleep. It did not cool down until after midnight. There were some areas that clearly had not been cleaned, including dirty washcloths in the shower. The ceiling fans screeched loudly and the TV stopped working after the first night. Clearly this person only cares about money and not the well-being of people staying at his place.

Just OK. Very basic, but clean

I wouldn’t say this unit was “beautiful.” It was barebones with some of the basics missing. No extra blankets, no chairs for the outside patio, 1 cutting knife, no extra supplies in the kitchen. Check in was difficult as the photos and address don’t align with the actual unit location if you’re using Apple Maps or Google Maps and no check in instructions regarding that to explain building # etc. There was no code for the lock box for the unit - just a hidden key. Had to message several times before getting a response about these issues the day before arrival. The couches are not the ones pictured and were horribly uncomfortable. Couldn’t figure out the tv - dk if it worked or not. The internet was fine. The barking dog next door wakes you up early. As a host myself, i know things like decent towels and the basics along with accurate descriptions of the unit are important. While the very basics were mostly present, the unit was in need of updates, repairs and comfortable furniture. I would definitely not return and don’t feel the unit description or previous reviews were at all accurate.
