A lovely apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped for light meal preparation. The location was very convenient to all the sights in Wurzburg. The view from the balcony was most enjoyable and the host was lovely.

Amazing time

Top location

I have been here repeatedly. The place is wonderful and quiet enough for me to sleep even so it's just a couple of minutes to everything in town. The street out front has many cafes and restaurants and a supermarket within 5 minutes walking. Also very convenient location to the train station. The owner's absolutely great. I'm definitely coming back here.

Great Location, super Landlord with minimalist apartment. Ultra comfortable beds!

We really liked to be so close to everything within walking distance in town. Stores for grocery shopping and many restaurants right around the corner. We didn’t have a car and it was no problem,landlord was super nice. The beds were extremely comfortable! I usually travel with my own travel mattress topper, and here I did not even need that. I think that was the first time for me in all the years of my travel. Everything was extremely clean. The shower and bath tub is amazing! It is advertised as minimalist, but it has everything you need. The only thing , it might be nice to have a small sofa in the living room, but it was okay. The laundry room is shared and next to the bedroom, but the landlord is very accommodating and it was not a problem. We will definitely come again.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, liegt in einer, wie es wirkte, sicheren Gegend und ist sehr sauber. Das Highlight ist definitiv die Badewanne. Generell eignet sich die Unterkunft gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, da sie eher praktisch, minimalistisch eingerichtet ist. Es ist alles da, was benötigt wird. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief einwandfrei. Die Matratze auf dem Bett schien hochwertig, das Konzept war aber nichts für uns. Sie war uns definitiv zu weich. Wir waren zu einer kälteren Jahreszeit da und hätten dickere Decken gut gefunden, haben aber nicht noch mal danach gefragt. Zusammen mit einer Wolldecke schlief man warm genug. Die Künstlerwohnung schien Teil einer größeren Wohnung zu sein. Ein Stockwerk höher lebt, wie ich denke, die Gastgeberin. Im Großen und Ganzen eine gute Erfahrung.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist bezüglich Besuch der Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt hervorragend. Ales wesentliche ist innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung bietet alles, was man für eine Städtereise braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants sind in nächster Umgebung reichlich vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.Allein hinsichtlich der in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung beschriebenen Parkmöglichkeiten gab es unsererseits anfängliche Irritationen. Diese konnten aber dank der Hilfsbereitschaft durch die Vermieterin schnell ausgeräumt werden. Hierzu bleibt allerdings folgendes anzumerken: Wer per Zug anreist hat keine Probleme. Vom Bahnhof aus ist die Wohnung auch bequem zum Fuß erreichbar. Wer jedoch mit dem Auto anreist sollte sich jedoch zuvor mit der Vermieterin in Verbindung setzen. Nicht gebührenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten liegen in einer Entfernung von 10 Gehminuten zur Unterkunft und sind meist nur begrenzt vorhanden . Uns stand dankenswerter Weise ein Platz in einer Hubgarage zur Verfügung. Dieser ist jedoch hinsichtlich Fahzeuglänge, -höhe und auch -gewicht eingeschränkt. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

sehr schöne, geschmackvolle FeWo mit eigenen Bildern der Vermieterin / Künstlerin zentral, kurze Wege zu Bahnhof / Altstadt ruhige Lage großer Balkon in den Innenhof- spartanisch eingerichtete und unpraktische Küche, wenn man etwas Aufwendigeres als "Nudeln mit Soße" zubereiten möchte (Platz wäre genügend da...) bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Würzburg kommen wir wieder :-)

Chic, teilweise etwas unpraktisch

die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Aussicht auf Festung und die Türme Würzburgs ebenfalls. Die Einrichtung ist abgesehen vom opulenten Bad eher minimalistisch. So gibt es z.B. keinen Kleiderschrank, sondern nur eine Garderobe. Und ein elegantes Spülbecken, aber keine Abtropffläche. Ohne Gardinen ist man für den Sichtschutz zum Hof auf die Außenjalousien angewiesen.Von diesen Kleinigkeiten abgesehen haben wir den Aufenthalt aber genossen.

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen.

Liebe Beate, ich danke Dir, dass Du mich so nett aufgenommen hast. Ich habe den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Da ich kurzfristig wegen meines Umzugs in Würzburg für eine Übergangszeit eine Unterkunft suchen musste, hat es mich gefreut, dass alles so reibungslos und unkompliziert geklappt hat. Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich. Die gehobene Einrichtung und v.a. das bequeme Bett haben einen entspannten Aufenthalt mir ermöglicht. Meinen Freunden und Bekannten werde ich die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen für eine Unterkunft für Besucher in Würzburg.

Geburtstag in Würzburg
