Fully integrated kitchen with induction hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is access to the large balcony/terrace from the kitchen and living area.

Amazing base for exploring the Denia area!

The host was super responsive and even sent an email to check in how we were doing after a couple of weeks. The local rep/handyman was very helpful when the washing machine needed a quick repair so we were able to continue using it for the remainder of our stay. The apartment was everything we needed.

The Apartment is exactly as described. Very nice ,Spacious and very clean. We spent a month there and enjoyed every minute. Rachael and Javier,our hosts responded to our every need and were extremely helpful. We highly recommend renting from them. You will not be disapointed.

Rachael tried hard to be a good host. Property was very nice with a lovely pool area, although too cold in mid November for us. Quite a modern apartment with garage parking and a lift up if needed. I found it quicker to walk, and good exercise. Really pleasant apartment with just a couple of little niggles for us. The toilet seat kept sliding to one side and falling off it's supports. It can be a little noisy if you like to sleep with the window open, as it's next to the main road. Would definitely recommend though, especially slightly more in season.

Clean and modern apartment in excellent location 3 minute walk from beach. 5 minute walk from several restaurants and pharmacy. 2 minute walk from small local food shop and 10 minute walk from major supermarket. When the power went out across Spain, Rachael and Javier were there online and on the phone to help us in any way. Thank you for your care, support and professionalism.

Appartement agréable et confortable, appareils ménagers de bonne qualité et complets. La proximité d'un supermarché simplifie les courses. La vue sur les palmiers et la mer .... La route est très fréquentée en journée et nous avons craint le bruit de circulation car nous habitons la campagne. La nuit c'était plus calme (mais en avril) Je recommande cette location .

Es war alles wunderbar, nur der Zugang zum Meer/Strand ist etwas umständlich.

In der Wohnung selbst ist alles perfekt. Pool auch. Leider haben wir für den Strand (Sonnenschirm, Stühle, Liegen) nichts in der Wohnung gefunden. Schade.

We had an excellent time staying at this apartment. It is modern and well appointed and close to shops and restaurants. The lounge area leads onto a balcony which overlooks the communal pool and very well kept gardens. The only small problem for us was that on our visit in February /March the sun did not reach the balcony and was cold to sit outside. The gardens however did catch the sun and were very pleasant to sit in. This small problem, however did not detract from the enjoyment of our overall stay .

Die Wohnung entsprach den Lichtbildern. Sie war sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Endlich mal eine gut ausgestattete Küche! Dort war wirklich alles vorhanden. Schön ist die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer. Einziges Manko war die große Straße, die man bei geöffnetem Fenster nachts schon hört. Auf dem Balkon und am Pool bekommt man davon aber nichts mit. Praktisch war auch die vorhandene Tiefgarage.

Wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie ist modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere die Lage direkt am Meer macht diese Wohnung so schön. wir haben nur wenig Kritikpunkte: Die wohnung ist sehr hellhörigund der Straßenverkehr in der Nacht war störend. Der Kontakt zu Rachael war immer positiv.

Why they chose this property

My husband and his family know the area of Denia & Javea well. His family have a property in Javea and we were looking to buy somewhere close to the sea for family holidays. We looked at a large number of properties and this was by far the most luxurious and well distributed. We liked the fact that the build quality was of a high standard and that the integrated kitchen included extras like a washing machine and microwave. The terrace is large and overlooks the pool and we have ocean views. We are really happy and excited about our purchase!

What makes this property unique

Quieter location, long stretch of sandy beach, not too far away from local amenities and bars/restaurants (walking distance). Easy access to the city of Denia and only a 15/20 minute drive from our family in Javea.
We love the pool and gardens and also the fact that you can just walk outside the property and in less than 2 minutes you are in the sand dunes on the beach.
We have had air conditioning installed so that sleeping on those hot summer nights is made bearable.
