➤ Complimentary access to community pool in the summer (2pm-6pm daily for up to 6 guests at a time), plus tennis and pickleball courts (7-min drive).
➤ Public golf, Monocan Lake, Wintergreen Resort amenities (including the Wintergreen Spa) are available nearby (fee-based).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

➤ The house can sleep 10 plus an infant. Note that this is based on two people sharing each Full-size bed in the 4th bedroom. Adults-only groups may be more comfortable with up to 8 people.
➤ Two security cameras are installed at the front of the property facing away from the house. We have a single NoiseAware sensor in the dining room - NoiseAware is a smart home technology that is 100% privacy compliant - it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) to help prevent unauthorized parties.
➤ During Spring, Summer and Fall, our landscapers mow the lawn or pick up leaves every other week. They are only there for apx 30-45 minutes.
➤ We now have a trash collection service that picks up trash from cans in the garage every Monday (apx. late morning).
➤ The garage game room is not climate controlled but is generally comfortable year round.
