HVH is in the perfect location for an action-packed ski/snowboarding/tubing vacation, an indulgent tour sampling flights of wine/beer/cider/bourbon/mead, or just a quiet place to unwind, escape the grind and enjoy the view! HVH is located 1 mile from Three Notch’d Brewery and Kitchen, 2.5 miles from the Bold Rock Cidery and Distillery, and 2.5 miles from Hilltop Berry Farm Winery and Meadery. A 15 minute drive in either direction on Nelson 151 will put you at countless wineries, breweries, distilleries, meaderies, and cideries. HVH is less than a mile to the local grocery and is walking distance to Iron & Ale located at the clubhouse in Stoney Creek. HVH is a convenient 15 minutes from the Wintergreen slopes and Spa.

HVH offers a cozy upstairs living room with smart tv and gas fireplace. A large dining table accommodates eight people. An attached deck with screened-in porch begs for a cool glass of riesling in the summer, warm cider in the fall or a hot chocolate in the winter. There’s a gas grill and a table to enjoy the year round mountain views. A kitchen outfitted for everything from toasting bagels to roasting a turkey!

HVH’s lower level offers board games and game table. You can flip on the game on the TV AND enjoy family time! There’s a wet bar for making cocktails, microwave for popping popcorn, and a mini fridge for whatever caught your eye out on 151!

Enjoy the indoor game room where you can open the full view garage door and catch the mountain panorama. The 75” tv is hooked up to an X Box Series X, old school Atari, and a Nintendo Switch. There’s arcade basketball, giant connect four, corn hole, and more!

Pull up an Adirondack chair around the fire pit. Also available is an eight-person hot tub where cold toes get warm and stories of the glories of all the Ollies, Nollies, Shifties and Poptarts get told!

An EV charger is also available in the garage. Reach out for instruction on availability and use.

This room also includes a twin sofa bed and a smart tv; 1 Queen room with smart tv; 1 bunk room with 2 full beds and a twin trundle, also includes a smart tv (these 2 rooms share a full bath across the hall); Office with Queen sofa bed

Lower Level: 1 King room with luxurious large full bath across the hall; full pullout sofa in living room.
