The house (built in 1932) is located on a 1070 sqm plot in a quiet, preferred residential area with large trees. Max 5 parking spaces on own land. Without attic and basement, it offers a living space of approx. 160 sqm for a group up to max. 14 people an ideal place for your Family celebration, a workshop or a friend meeting. It has been carefully renovated to the 1930s style to obtain. Typical features can be seen on room doors, etched panes, window shapes and tiles. The herringbone parquet on the ground floor and the timeless marble bathrooms underline the high-quality, interesting ambience. On the ground floor the room height is at least 3m, on the upper floor 2.85m. The dining room can be separated from the three-part living room of approx. 60 sqm by a double sliding door. In this way it can be used as an additional overnight room due to the furniture with a double sofa bed. All rooms were harmoniously furnished in the style of "one furnishing era".

1st floor Bedroom 1: eighties, blue and beech in combination. Double bed and armchair, Bedroom 2: Sixties, Hülsta abrasive varnish Double bed and single bed Bedroom 3: thirties Double bed, double sofa bed Bedroom 4: "Ikea age" white furniture, double bed and cot. Single beds and cots can be added.

In the lounge on the top floor you will find u. a. a large upholstered corner, table tennis, and a large table for various actions.
In the basement: there are 2 new bathrooms (shower room with sink and toilet Bathroom with tub and shower, sink and toilet) a laundry room with washing machine and a small lounge area with football table, another room with exit to the garden.
Free time activities: Excursions by bike or on foot in the picturesque surroundings z. B. along the Lesum, KnoopsPark, or to Vegesacker Hafen on the Weser, in the artist village Worpswede .... The Lesum train station is max. 3 minutes on foot, travel time to the center max. 20 minutes. The highway entrance is about 1.5 km away. The city center of Bremen with its many sights, also beautiful in rainy weather, is about 20. Minutes away.
This house offers an ideal starting point for groups of visitors to the Bremen Open Market in October, other sports and cultural events

Schön gelegenes Haus mit viel Schlafplatz, sehr gut für größere Gruppen
Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es gibt viel Schlafplatz der auch etwas variabel genutzt werden kann. Die Lage ist hervorragend, Nähe Park und Fluß im Villenviertel, ruhig, dennoch Bahnhof Lesum fußläufig. Alle 4 Bäder sind ganz modern, im Rest des Hauses viel Atmosphäre durch älteres schön gepflegtes Holzmobiliar. Bestens geeignet für zB für großes Familientreffen mit Kindern (es gibt auch Kicker und Tischtennis)
Wunderbar geräumiges Haus, optimal für mehrere Personen. Ausreichend Badezimmer. Es kommt zu keinem Stau am Morgen oder am Abend. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt
