Through the kitchen and one of the single rooms you reach a terrace, which is located in a courtyard for the sole use. The apartment has a washing machine and tv. The additional costs as well as Wi-Fi and a parking space in the courtyard are included in the price. Bed linen and towels are provided for free.

The district Brinkum in the municipality of Stuhr is located in direct connection to the south of Bremen. There is direct motorway connection to the A1. The apartment is located in a quiet side street, yet everything is within walking distance from there. The place has a very good infrastructure and is also easily accessible by public transport. The city center and the airport can be reached in 15-20 minutes, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, etc. are only a few minutes walk away.
