My husband and I have lived in the area for over thirty years. We have brought up our three,(now grown) children in this lovely quiet and safe community. We are located less than five minutes away from this location rental, just in case you need us for anything. We enjoy all outdoor activities and have traveled around the world. Enjoy the comforts of home...
Why they chose this property
Safe and quiet neighborhood. Fell in love with this tiny community when I was a teenager. Use to come here and surf with friends in the early eighties. This unit is newly remodeled, clean, large space, nice family or girls getaway. Close enough to walk to restaurants and bars without being TOO close and hear the loud music or people until two in the morning. Great for the outdoor enthusiast... surf, stand up paddle board, swimming, Kayak, boating, fishing, volleyball, tennis, basketball, steps away Friday's farmer's market, private front unit.
What makes this property unique
Location is close to anything your heart desires and owners live less than five minutes away, If you need us, otherwise very private and comfortable. Will not be bothered by neighbors or us. Large patio for beach living.
