This beautiful house is your perfect vacation getaway! Great location, very safe and in a quiet neighborhood, its a perfect home away from home. Close to LAX, Sofi Stadium, LAX, beach, shopping, restaurants, Space X, Northrop Grumman.

Hosts Max 7 guests. No Smoking, No Party, Sorry No Pet. You get the entire house. 65" 4k UHD TV with Roku. The master bedroom features a king size bed with bathroom, second room has a queen size bed and third room has queen size bed. There is also queen size comfortable air mattress. Free WiFi • Netflix • Fully equipped kitchen • Full Size Refrigerator • Dishwasher, Microwave, Full Size Stove • Toaster, Coffee Maker, Oven • Pots and Pans, Dishes, Silverware, Towels, Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, all provided • Shampoos and Conditioners • Washer/Dryer

We were in town to visit family and visit a few local events. The location is in a nice residential area that is quiet at night and traffic is limited. The property is clean and well maintained. While it may not be a luxury rental, it had everything we needed and showers were hot and had great pressure and beds were comfortable. Will stay here again!

We arrived earlier than expected, but prior to that I asked Nathan what we could do since never being in the area. He gave us a list of things we could do until check in. Once we got there, entry was easy and the house was as described. We loved our stay and the neighborhood was perfect for us. We would definitely stay again. Wonderful place

We loved this place and it was great for our events that were near by and it is really close to everything. Our host Nathan was great and close by if we needed anything. Multi-Generational Vacation

The arrangement of the home allowed for our son, daughter-in-law, & grandsons to have one area of the home as theirs, which allowed our 3-year old grandsons the opportunity to go to sleep away from the living room. The location was fabulous & parking a welcomed benefit.

Close to Beach

Perfect little home to stay at, close to beaches which is where we spent most of our time. Not to far from SoFi stadium, All the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes were available, had everything we needed! Definitely recommend!

Beach trip

Overall the property was exactly what we needed for traveling with a 5 year old and a baby. The only issues we experienced was the information on the paperwork was incorrect for the wifi login, and the TV in the back bedroom didn’t work (couldn’t get past the Roku screen to sync with Netflix or other subscription channels). Overall, the property met our needs and was located in a quiet neighborhood. I will mention that there is a large barking dog that sounded like it was in the house and kept waking the baby, and the fact that the back bedroom TV didn’t work, which would have been helpful for the 5 year old.

Great rental - Comfortable and Clean

My husband and I along with another couple rented this house. We attended a wedding in Manhattan Beach and the location was perfect. The house was very clean and functional. It was perfect for 2 couples with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the guest bedrooms and second bath on the other side of the house. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed something. I would rent again. Thank you!
