Townhome 214F is a two level unit with a ground level entry. This home has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The kitchen/dining, living room with a gas log fireplace, queen sofa bed, master bedroom with private bath and half bath on the entry level. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. House is close to all amenities and walking distance to the Texas Club Restaurant. The townhome has Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, keurig and black and decker coffee makers, and central air. Sleeps 10 people in 1700sq ft. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.
