Great location with several restaurants and shops. Within a 5 minute walk you can find Whole Foods, Bonefish Grill, Chipotle, Marshall's, Panera, Bold Bean Coffee, several boutiques, a juice bar, and two nail spas. The house was great! Perfect little place to stay close to the beach (just a few minute walk). It is also very close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The house was clean, fully stoced kitchen (plates, cups, pots/pans, utensils), had a coffee bar with coffee, bikes, wagon, beach chairs, toys. The neighborhood was safe. We would 100% stay here again when we come back.

Cute & Cozy

Absolutely loved our stay. The house is cozy and 2 blocks from the beach and a short drive from all the resturants and things to do. My family has been coming to Jacksonville and leaving right before the 4th of July rush for a few years now and this place did not disappoint. The host and hostess were fabulous, very kind. My kids loved the patio area, perfect for when the adults would like to relax but the kids still want to be outside.

This was a beautiful place to stay and had everything we needed and more!! They provided lg bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and much much more!! Made it so nice to not have to pack all the extras like that!! We spent a lot of time on the beach as it was a short 2 block walk. They provided a wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, cooler literally everything you can think of!! Definitely a 5 star place with great owners to deal with!! You will love this place!!!

Home Away from Home!

What a peaceful place to stay, within a short couple of blocks away from the beach! Check in was easy, host were lively and very communicative with anything we or they needed. Home was clean, comforting, had amenities that where a great comfort to our stay (bikes, beach gear, coffee machine, etc.), and great water pressure."Sunny Side" beach house is a great find, with great host, and my family and I look forward to staying again.
