Our place is a very relaxing tranquil place to take in nature with amazing panoramic views. This is the perfect place to land after a fun filled day of sightseeing or just relaxing pool side. The Property sits on over an fully landscaped acre that backs up onto parkland which is part of the San Dieguito River park with miles of trails surrounding beautiful Lake Hodges. There is a Sonos music system throughout the home and outdoors with an endless music selection from Pandora or play your own music with a line-in to the system.

The home is full of custom touches as Lea is a interior designer and enjoyed working on all the details including sand-blasted floor etchings, widespread arches & niches along with custom furniture throughout including wall murals in the kitchen, dining room and one bedroom, faux-finished walls throughout, bringing a sense of warmth, peace & calm throughout. The custom kitchen has lofted beam ceiling with a large roof skylight. There is a 30 ft round entry turret entrance with a winding staircase to the second floor master suite, another bedroom & office with balcony . Nearly all ceilings are 10 ft or more and many are lofted with sand blasted beams.
There are great outdoor living spaces which include the covered patio with gas barbecue, sink, refrigerator, serving area, table and seating ,and wood fire pizza oven. A covered Lanai on the lakeside with hanging bench swing for watching birds in the water fountain & sunsets. Also down in the yard you will find a fire pit and another covered lanai viewing point. There is a courtyard living room with a fireplace & fountain, bird feeders surrounded by the entry turret, dining room with bi-fold doors, kitchen, and the art studio/guestroom, all is beautifully landscaped with lots of fruit trees for picking and just an overall peaceful zen experience with many places to just hang out in the great outdoors.

Best of all, the home was designed to capture the magnificent views of Lake Hodges, wildlife and foothills beyond. The kitchen, the family room, the living room, the master suite and deck, the office, two other bedrooms, and the patio all capture the views. The home sits on a quiet cul de sac and the neighborhood is great for walking or running.
