Everything is BRAND NEW... kitchen, baths, paint, appliances & more!

THE SPACE:
This DUPLEX UNIT features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a living room sofa bed. All NEW inside with custom quartz countertops, news kitchen cabinets, LVP flooring, all new appliances and TVs and more. This unit features 3 balconies and a private rooftop lookout with 360 views of Johns Pass. Large downstairs 2 car garage that is used to store tons of shared beach and baby goodies and a handful of bikes!

GUEST ACCESS INFO:
Only a 1 minute walk onto the boardwalk steps and 1 minute walk onto Village Drive; with 100+ shops and restaurants. A short 8 minute walk right under the Pass bridge and onto sandy Madeira Beach. Everything within walking distance and a Publix grocery store only a 5-7 minute drive away. They also offer Shipt and InstaCart delivery in our area from any store you can think of!

Wow!

I almost don’t want to say this place is as good as it is, so it won’t be booked out so fast! We had an amazing time!! It’s absolutely beautiful and it literally is right on John’s Pass! It has all the fun stuff you’ll need for the beach, extra blankets, toiletries, and anything else you’ll need! Will stay again 100%!

Overall Great - Read if you are traveling with a family!

First of all- this house and the property owner were great! Very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The beach items that are there for use are such a nice touch and VERY appreciated, we even left a few toys behind for other families to use too. We also loved having the balconies to sit on- So nice in the morning! Having a washer and dryer on site is a game changer also. We were walking distance from the beach and literally right in John's Pass, so accessibility was awesome. We would absolutely recommend this property to our friends and family. As a family of 6- there are a few things we weren't keen on. This is no fault to the homeowner, just our experience and observation. The living room has a pullout couch bed (which is great) however, that is the only place to sit and the couch is only big enough for 3 people to sit comfortably. So, there wasn't really a good place to gather inside the house. There are 4 barstools at the kitchen bar and that is the only place to eat (no kitchen table). There is no TV in the master, which isn't the end of the world. However, with the couch bed being occupied, there is no option to unwind with a show on in the evening. There are trash trucks that frequent the area EVERY morning and they are quite loud. Although this didn't bother us that much, it is something we definitely noticed and it could become a nuisance if you have small children that you don't want woken up. At the end of the day, we had a GREAT week!
