This cottage was built around 1900 as a carriage house of the Mose Beer house, a classic Victorian. It has one main bedroom with a king bed, plus a loft with a bed that can be expanded from a twin to a king. It was recently converted from a carriage house into an adorable cottage with all the amenities you would expect in any modern home: full kitchen with all appliances, Internet, smart TV, washer, dryer, and a full bathroom. It's conveniently located in downtown Natchez, near everything.

Thank you so much! Hope to host you again in the future!
We had a wonderful time staying in the carriage house while visiting Natchez! The location was perfect for visiting the historic homes and wonderful restaurants in the area. The cottage was clean and had all the necessities of home. Even our car’s GPS system started calling it “home” when we would enter the address. Thanks for making our trip so comfortable!

Convenient location and an adorable house. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were great about communicating. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.
My husband and I went here for our wedding anniversary and absolutely loved it! With the cottage being tucked away, it was very quiet and peaceful! The decor and detail throughout the cottage was stunning! We were able to walk to about any restaurant/shop/bar. We can’t wait to come back!
We were looking for a place that was close to everything downtown Natchez, not overly priced, and cozy. This cottage fit the bill for us and had everything that we needed.
The cottage is so cute!!! We loved all the amenities. The retro look was perfect. Walking distance to just about everywhere we wanted to go. We felt very safe!We definitely will recommend it to our friends and family, and will choose it again for another getaway to Natchez !

Enjoyed our stay. House was very well maintained. Like the little porch so we could set outside while it was raining.
The only problem here is the parking. The driveway down to the house is not in good shape and you can’t turn around you have to back out. But all in all a really nice place and we would sure stay there again!
Great little hideaway to escape for the weekend. Clean and everything we needed. The couch was not ideal for lounging and watching tv, but it worked for a couple of tired parents away for the weekend without kids. Great place!
We enjoyed our 12 day stay at the Carriage House while we were researching ancestors who settled in the Natchez area in the late 1700’s. Walking the Bluff Trail was an every evening activity, located only one block from the Carriage House. Extremely quiet with easy access to downtown restaurants and attractions.
