Excellent 8-bedroom house in the Mar Azul Condominium, located just 50 meters from the beach and the best beach bars in the region, such as Barraca Prefeitinho and Barraca Carlinhos. The property offers excellent facilities, a large outdoor area with a swimming pool, garden, and a gourmet space with a barbecue, ideal for leisure and socializing. Furthermore, the accommodation includes a housekeeper, providing even more comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Consumption of water and electricity is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

*****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

****** At check-in and check-out, readings are taken from the energy and water meters to calculate consumption and subsequent billing. For energy consumption calculation, a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used is applied. Water consumption is estimated based on Embasa's summer tariff table. **It has easy access to public transport. If you arrive by plane, you can rent a car or use transport platforms, requesting for the Airport to Guarajuba. The value of this last option is on average R$120.00.
