2022 new construction, everything new. 3 houses from the beach, clean, walk to everything you need.

Reverse living, 3 bedrooms and full bath on 1st floor, balcony/deck, living room, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bath on 2nd floor.

Balcony/deck with ocean view. Private outdoor shower and grill. Short walk to several restaurants (burgers, breakfast, seafood, pizza, ice cream), liquor store, mini golf, candy shop, shops and coffee.
