Cute and cozy 2 bedroom Brant Beach condo across the street from the BEACH!

Please note: Saturday to Saturday rentals are required during peak season from July 4th through Labor Day!

Our cute and cozy 2 bedroom condo is all you need for a perfect, relaxing beach vacation! Located in the heart of Brant Beach on Long Beach Island, you are close enough to all that you need, yet are in a quiet, laid back area. The best part? Your short walk across Ocean Blvd to the main attraction....The gorgeous beach and ocean! Our condo was renovated in 2016 and was upgraded with a brand new kitchen, all new furniture and decor which create a clean and serene atmosphere! Kick back on the screened in deck and hear the soothing sounds of crashing waves across the street.

Our condo includes:

A primary bedroom with a nautical feel that sleeps 2 and includes a luxury King Size Bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, a dresser, closet, ceiling fan and a window air conditioning unit.

A 2nd bedroom with a whimsical theme that sleeps 4 and includes a full size top and bottom bunk bed, along with a twin trundle for various sleeping options, a dresser, closet and a window air conditioning unit.

A living room with a beachy feel that includes a plush sofa with a queen size pullout, a "chair and a half" sofa, a table with 3 chairs, a smart TV and wifi, ceiling fan and a window air conditioning unit.

An updated bathroom with a double showerhead.

A bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, granite countertops and a fun tile backsplash.

A screened in deck featuring a table that seats 8, and two rocking chairs to kick back in.

There is a shared outdoor shower located just off of our deck.

Our rental includes 1 parking spot!

You must provide all of your own linens including beach, bath, kitchen and hand towels, sheets, pillows and comforters. We supply mattress protectors for each bed. Linen rental companies are available on the island!

6 beach tags are included with your weekly rental!

There is a coin operated washer and dryer located in the basement of our condo building.

Allergy awareness: on occasion, the owners bring their dog to the condo. We have special coverings for the furniture that we use when our dog is there. Unfortunately, due to condo rules, renters are not allowed to bring pets.

The location was great. The screened in porch and outdoor shower were a very big plus. It was cozy and had a bunch of board games and beach supplies. Lots of things were thoughtfully labeled. We asked to stay an extra night and the host made it happen. Would highly recommend we had a great time.

The absolute perfect condo for a beach trip. Clean, spacious, and the location couldn't be better! Communication with the hosts was easy and they laid out check in and check out policies clearly. Perfect Weekend Getaway

Perfect Long October Weekend

In town for wedding, Jenny‘s condo was the perfect homebase for our family. Everything was exactly as described, and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Excellent communication throughout the booking process and very responsive to all of our questions and needs. Would absolutely recommend staying and look forward to staying again on our next trip to LBI.

Fun fall stay

Had a lovely time! The condo was really cute with a location that can’t really be beat. I would recommend removing linens and towels from the list of amenities since we had to provide our own.

Great stay for a young family

We had a great stay at the Brant Beach condo! Jennie was super helpful and communicative before, during, and after our stay. The place was impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and well equipped with everything we needed and more. The owners have done a great job of leaving helpful items for young families, like bathroom stools and a pack-and-play. We will definitely be back!

Great location

Although our trip was basically rained out, the location of the condo was great. Literally footsteps away from the beach, plus a short drive away from great food and shopping in Ship Bottom, Beach Haven, and Surf City. The best feature of the condo was the screened in porch. My family loved eating outside even when it was raining. It was great to still be able to enjoy the ocean air and hear the waves.

Perfect 3 day weekend

This condo had it all! Location, amenities, and best of all… full size bunk beds that my kids loved. Every morning we sat outside on the screened in porch for coffee… before walking just a few steps to get to the beach. As a mom of 3 kids under the age of 6, this getaway was as close to relaxing as I could get! We will absolutely be back!

Mother’s Day get away.

We had a wonderful time at this property! It is directly across the street from the beach with an easy walk for my parents to get on and off the beach. The place is exactly as pictured and the owners were very helpful with any questions we had. It was chilly at night so we didn’t sit out but the screened in fully covered porch would be a definite plus in warmer weather. I would definitely stay again sometime. LBI is one of a kind and we always look forward to being on the island. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Quick getaway with my wife

Cannot say enough about this quaint cozy condo. Across from the beach you could hear the sounds of the ocean. Close to everything on LBI, but far enough away for peace and quiet. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and our host Jenny and her husband were beyond amazing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A great experience

We knew we found a true gem in LBI after visiting for the first time in 2012. We continued to visit yearly until we bought this cute condo in 2015. Though, it needed some updating and a little TLC, we got right to working on turning the place into what we think is the perfect cozy beach getaway. We enjoy spending a little time here with our two sons each summer. We love everything LBI has to offer and know that you will too!
