USNA Visit

Came up with another couple to tour the Naval Academy and historic Annapolis and attend the football game. The location of this property was great as it was on a dead in street, quite, and yet walking distance to everything. Layout and decor of the property was very nice! Next visit we'll stay there again.

Cute, cozy and great location!

This place is adorable. Clean, comfortable, modernized. Walking distance to Naval Academy, restaurants and shops. Took us a minute to figure out parking (it was dark and we were tired) - the parking on that street is 2 hour paid parking but there is street parking about 2 blocks away for free and longer and a parking garage 5-10 min walk away that was free for the whole weekend. Overall was a fantastic experience!

Amazing Annapolis Home

We stayed here for the US Sailboat Show and the home is perfect. Nicely remodeled and close to City Dock and all of the action in downtown Annapolis. We loved having coffee in the morning in the backyard. Patty was great to deal with and we look forward to coming back next year. Thanks again, Dan

We really enjoyed our stay here this past weekend. The place was clean, decorated nicely, and included all necessities. The location was perfect since it is a quick walk to the dock, restaurants, and bars. It was also on a quiet street right near the colleges. Patty was very responsive when we had trouble getting into the townhouse. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Best VRBO we’ve ever staued

From communication with owners to cleanliness and surprise water and snacks this property was among the best we’ve ever stayed. We will definitely be returning every chance we get. Lovely!

We had a lovely stay for a beautiful fall football weekend. The space of the house is so well used and the home had everything we needed. Location is so close to USNA, downtown shops and restaurants. We had grandparents, parents and two kids and everyone was perfectly comfortable. I’d recommend this home to anyone looking for an Annapolis getaway. Quick note that parking was fairly easy to manage but it did require us moving the car a few times in the neighborhood- which was noted in the listing!

Very nice property

Very nice property in a beautiful neighborhood. An 8-10-minute walk to the Naval Academy and all downtown attractions. On-street parking limited to a few hours, but only a 10-minute walk to overnight parking (free on weekends). Large and comfortable home with very nice backyard. Ridiculously comfortable beds! Check-in was a breeze. Host very communicative and provided lots of snacks! Highly recommend!

Perfect Visit To USNA

The home is lovely and all you could need for a great visit to Annapolis. Convenient to all. We were visiting our Mid and it was a quick one-block walk to the gate, but also quiet and charming. Very clean and well appointed. Patty is a consummate host, very responsive and great attention to detail to make you feel at home, including a lovely welcome basket with snacks, water, and wine. Highly recommend and look forward to another stay in the warm weather to enjoy the patio!

Adorable home and great location

This is an outstanding property in an ideal location. It’s walkable to Downtown Annapolis and yet tucked away on a quiet street. The kitchen is well-appointed and we appreciated the snacks, water, and wine. Fantastic amount of quality towels for our family of 4. Beds are very comfortable and every space is thoughtfully decorated. There was rain in the forecast and the hosts were kind enough to warn us before arrival and let us know where the umbrellas were located inside. Hosts were easy to communicate with and immediately responsive — we had some trouble with the lock app and they walked us through it right away. Great stay!

We moved to the area in 2019 and have lived/traveled all around the country. No, we are not a Navy family, but my dad, brothers(2) and nephew(2) were Navy. The Chesapeake Bay, Annapolis, DC and Baltimore area have been fun to explore. We just want you to enjoy your visit to the region and come home to a comfortable place, our Historic Annapolis Gem!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property the minute we walked in Spring 2022. We were looking for an investment property that would be great for short term rentals. Downtown Annapolis is a wonderful historic walking town with great restaurants/nightlife and water features. Plus you have the Naval Academy right next door. The house is light and bright, with a little space from the houses next door.

What makes this property unique

Historic home built in 1800, but fully updated with today's amenities. You are close to the downtown action for a quick walk but far away from the crowds and noise. You can literally walk to the football stadium for Navy Games (less than 30 min. walk) and baseball stadium (less than 15 min. walk). Plus enjoy all the USNA yard offers right next door. St. John's College is across the street.
