Perfect for 1 or 2 travelers to the Texas Hill Country! You will love the private deck that looks out to the hill country. Fully furnished second floor apartment atop a century old Medina farmhome on Hiway 16 between Bandera and Kerrville. One Bedroom with full bed and private bath with shower. Combination living/dining/kitchen area with full kitchen (full size refrigerator, electric oven and range, microwave, kitchen sink). Guests must be able to climb steep industrial outdoor stairs to access apartment. The house below is also in short term rental and can be combined if available for larger guest groups...plenty of parking and outside yard. (See VRBO 2827483) for availability. Make this your homebase for hiking, biking and sightseeing! Central heat/air and water separate from house below. 50 amp hookup available at nominal cost for guests already staying at Apartment or House.

I’ve stayed in this attic conversion several times

The location is perfect as my son and DIL live down the street and it’s big enough that they can come over and eat breakfast or play videos. I never had any problems. The communication was always good and helpful. The apartment was always clean. I try to stay there every time I go to Medina.

Clean, basic apartment

As noted in the write up, this is a basic apartment set up that was perfectly fine for my two night stay. I was unable to get the Wi-Fi to connect to my Apple products initially, but the property managers were very accommodating and helping me log onto an alternate network. We never did quite figure out why my Apple products didn’t like the main Wi-Fi, but my laptop connected to it just fine. I appreciate the timely response from the property manager since I was meeting to log into a scheduled meeting. Bring your own shampoo, etc.
