Bandera Bungalow in lower downtown Bandera is a peaceful, cozy charmer with everything you could ask for in a Hill Country getaway! The recently remodeled 1940's home gives you modern comforts with historical warmth! Located a short walk from the beautiful Medina River and Bandera City Park, it is easy to enjoy the serenity and wildlife of the Hill Country. Enjoy our front porch for coffee or backyard deck for adult beverages. If live music, dancing, and action are more your style, we are located only blocks from all the action and shops downtown Bandera has to offer! Horseshoe Bend Disc Golf is a block away (PDGA course) along a wooded park with walking trail adjacent to the river. The bungalow is nestled on a 1/3 acre corner lot and is dog-friendly with a ranch-fenced back yard, fully secure for all but the smallest of dogs. Your entire family will love it!

Me my son and my older sister

My son is severely autistic but he loved the huge backyard and very nice home. The house is very nice and comfortable. Just a beautiful place to stay

Motorcycle Trip to Bandera

We arrived to a clean and very nice house. The beds are very comfortable. It’s nicely decorated and has all the cooking utilities and cookware you will ever need. The owners were very responsive anytime we needed anything. We will be back and recommend the house to all our friends.

Perfect house rental and near downtown Bandera!

This house was in an amazing location. Close to the state park, downtown and the river! The house was so clean and perfect for our weekend getaway. The area is so quiet and relaxing. Can’t wait to go back!!

Cozy and Comfy Bungalow

Sad to leave this cute, quiet, clean, roomy, well-apportioned home away from home. We relaxed and worked and slept like a dream. Perfect deck, fire pit, and yard for entertaining while the front porch was a favorite rocking & sipping & reading spot. The neighborhood birds and deer and kitties were fun to watch yet no problem for us. We hope to return soon for another working vacation in quaint little Bandera. Owners were a dream to work with. Thank you for sharing.

Cute Vacation Home

Cute vintage cottage is nicely supplied and very clean It was great to have covered parking. I chose this property specifically for the fenced in yard. We were disappointed that it wasn’t secure for our small dog and we had to keep him on the leash. Otherwise we enjoyed our short stay.

Birthday Weekend

Wonderful Bungalow, very welcoming, loved the cupcakes and the treats for our dog, along with a welcome card. It truly is a home away from home. Enjoyed seeing the deer everyday such a nice spot to get away and relax. They had everything you need.

Great short stay

We made a last minute trip to Bandera for the rodeo and found this wonderful home very close to downtown. The house was very clean, the owners were very nice and communicated everything throughout the process. They go over and above to make everything great, we hope to stay longer and enjoy more of Bandera and the surrounding area next trip.

Great bungalow!
