Treehouse charm with 180 degree water view. Southwest exposure provides year 'round sunsets from our expansive deck while enjoying a nice dinner by the glowing light of the fire table. Roast marshmallows from your Adirondacks over the backyard firepit as you listen to the sound of the Albemarle lapping at the bulkhead. Kayaks, bicycles, fishing rods, table tennis and corn hole for two! Even a set of golf clubs should you care to do a round at the nearby Links at Mulberry Hill. Just minutes east of Historic Edenton, North Carolina.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If inconvenient to drop off trash at recycling center on Soundside Rd. - please tie off bag(s) and leave just inside front door for housekeeper🙂
Please turn off all lights and leave room temp on COOL - 75° in the warmer months and WARM - 65° in the cooler months.
Please clean up Grille after use and don’t forget to unplug the strand of deck lights.💡 THANK YOU!!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No lighting fireworks on property
When using gas grill on deck, please clean grill and re-cover…making sure all burners are off and the gas tank valve is turned to “off” position.
When using fire pit/stove please make sure all embers are extinguished and stove is cooled to allow cover to be replaced and secured win bungees.

We love sharing our beautiful little home on the Albemarle Sound. Julianne has a passion for Horses and Exotic Beaches, and I love music and art. We have three adult kids and love wine, travel, Faith and family!

Why they chose this property

Most of all, we love the neighborhood and its proximity to Edenton. There are several spots along the northern shore of the Albemarle Sound that don’t get the same exposure to the sunset that we have… Nearly year-round… It’s an opportunity for a beautiful sunset. Absolutely charming location, and great neighbors too.

What makes this property unique

We may be quaint in size, but big in beauty. The massive deck… The big water, our giant tree growing up through the deck, all lit up at night… It’s like the ultimate tree fort, and along with several amenities, it’s a perfect place to unpack, unplug, and unwind,
