Enjoy the relaxed decor and feel at home feel at home in this 1600 soft, 1949 cottage. 1 block to historic Westover General Store and Pembroke Creek and Old Clooney Smoke House. 1 mile to downtown Edenton.
The space
Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1949 Cape Cod just 1 block to Pembroke Creek, Historic Westover General Store, and Old Colony Smokehouse. 1 mile to downtown Edenton . The kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals. Granite countertops and stainless steel deep sink. Newer Kitchenaid appliances and Front load wash dryer for your use. Remodeled master bath features a walk in shower with glass doors, granite counter and ceramic tile floors. The new hall bath has a tub/shower combo, larger vanity and ceramic tile floors. Both bathrooms have LED bluetooth mirrors so you can listen to you favorite music with surround sound while you shower.

Screen porch and deck make relaxing easy. Charcoal grill is available for your use.

Parking is a carport with an additional space next to it.

No smoking of any kind in the house.
Guest access the whole home and unfenced yard
Other things to note
Additional $50 fee for pets will be charged prior to check in. Guests are required to pick up after their pets. Pets must be controlled at all times. The yard is not fenced.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do NOT strip tue beds. Relax as you would in a hotel and let us take care of the linens.
Please take the trash to the can behind the office in the back yard. Some food smells are hard to get out of the house and the guest behind might not like the smell of you dinner last night!
By loading and running the dishwasher, you will help our cleans get the home Ready for the person to enjoy. Our dishwasher is energy saving but it takes 2 hours to run a load of dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
