The space
Designed to create a cute, cozy, modern feeling. Settle into our beautiful restroom, equipped kitchen, cute living area and comfortable beds, sure to provide a quality stay.

1 mile to the Midland Memorial Hospital, 4 minutes to downtown offices, walking distance from restaurants, grocery shops, banks and bars

The storage is for the home supplies to be used by the cleaner and for restocking
Other things to note
802A Powell Str has the green door. This is your home. Enjoy the patio though shared with the neighbors.
Additional rules
The base price is for 4 guests. If the booking is more than 4 adults, then additional guest will be charged $25 per guest, up to 6.

For both short and long stay:
- please wash the dishes, hotplates, microwave oven and oven if used.
- If the trash is full during your stay, the dumpster is on the opposite side of the road. Please take out the trash right away. Do no leave them full for long.
- Do not walk on the rug with shoes.
- Close all blinds and curtains before checking out.
- While occupying the spaces, turn off the lights and appliances when not in use
- Please adhere to quiet between 9pm and 8 am. Most neighbors are quiet loving
- If you wish to host event or party, please inform the host to ensure the neighbors are well aware.

Nice place but not the best side of town

Place was nice wasn’t aware it was a duplex when booking and not the best side of town. Didn’t really know anything about midland when I booked for a tournament. Neighbors were quiet but could hear people outside all night. Really freaked out when we got locked out just me and my daughter and couldn’t get ahold of property owner for a little while. After persistently calling and texting I did speak to them it was a gentleman not the lady that was listed as owner kinda skeptical but finally got back into the place.
