Probably the best linens and sheets ever provided by a VRBO host. Clean and spacious. I was concerned as it was right off of a very busy street, but the bedrooms are in the back of the house and very quiet. There was a problem with the Coffee Maker and Jennifer was responsive. I did notice all but one of the electrical outlets in Kitchen were out. Didn't stop us from a good stay (as I didn't even inform her of the issue until now). Thanks Jennifer.

Perfect spot for our family

We will recommend this home to friends and family. If we ever find ourselves in Midland we would stay again. The beds are cozy and comfortable. Welcoming decor. If you’re planning on cooking meals, you might want to inquire about the items available. Supplies are a bit limited. Jennifer is quick to respond to all questions and I would definitely recommend this home!

Overall I loved the property! It’s was clean, decorated so cute. Very spacious, light and airy. If I had to critique anything it would be the bed in the master. It was not the most comfortable. And we would have loved a king bed. But I would definitely come back. I loved it and can overlook that.

I recently stayed at this particular Vrbo in Midland, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the home's details and warm, welcoming vibe.The property was spotless, with every room clean and nicely decorated. The living area was large and comfy, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Midland. The kitchen had everything I needed, with ALL the appliances and essentials to make our meals. I made sure to ask before hand and our host, Jennifer was very accomodating and quick to respond.Speaking of host, Jennifer was wonderful, providing clear communication from the start and ensuring I had everything needed for a comfortable stay. They even left a thoughtful welcome some water and treats for us to enjoy.The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood but close to local attractions and amenities. Everything was a short drive away.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Another review mentioned that it is off a busier street, but I did not have any issues with heavy traffic or noise while I was there. Felt very safe and homey. Will definitely book here again. Plenty of towels and kitchen items were provided.
