Luxurious Single Family home. Walk to clean Seaside Park beach on east and the bay on west, located in a family friendly neighborhood. Ocean side property.

Spacious home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, large, open concept kitchen, dining, living room and library on the main floor.

Has Patio, barbecue grill and picnic area with fire pit . Located close to Island Beach state park, restaurants, boardwalk and boat rentals.


House Rules & Guest Requirements

Our home is in a peaceful residential community. To maintain this environment, we strictly enforce the following:

No Parties or Events: We do not host high school/college parties, proms, or graduation celebrations of any kind.

Booking Requirements: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be personally staying at the property for the duration of the visit.

No Third-Party Bookings: We do not allow parents to book on behalf of their children. If the person who booked the home is not present at check-in, the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

Monitoring: For the safety of our home and neighbors, we utilize external security cameras .

Wonderful Family Vacation

It's a lovely well kept home in a very pleasant area. The check in was very easy. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Very nice open space area with 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plenty of available free parking. The owner is readily available and extremely helpful.

New, clean, spacious home. Large rooms, large beds, huge tvs in all rooms. Lovely comfortable porch to relax, convenient to all the attractions. Would highly recommend for large group or family.

Beautiful Beachside Chateau

Absolutely amazing stay, great communication with host, and beautiful property. Great for friends or family a 10/10 place. Will most definitely book again! Phenomenal place to be at with a great welcoming feel to the home. Amazing neighbors as well as access to wherever you want to go(7-eleven).

Ladies reunion

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Great king-size beds with 3 bathrooms and Large tvs in every room . This home is close to the beach and many restaurants are nearby. Great time .

Perfect Family House

This was our first vacation with some of our family since Covid & it was great! Quick walk to the beach, plenty of indoor space. The kitchen was wonderful to cook family meals in! With 3 kids under the age of 10, they had so much space to run around and be kids. I personally loved that there was a full size washer and dryer also! This was a great house for a family vacation.

Very Nicely Done

All I can say is WOW! This home is completely updated and brand new. We had family members coming into NJ from Florida, NC, NY and PA and needed enough room for everyone and this place was PERFECT! The king/queen beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen and dining area are spacious enough for everyone to move around freely. The kitchen has a Beautiful quartz counter top, large refrigerator/freezer and outstanding gas range. The dining table is good size for 6 adults. The big deal for me and one of the reasons I chose this property is because it’s “PET FRIENDLY”. I have an older dog and he needs to travel with us. The host Sundar was friendly, informative and responded to my all my email inquires swiftly. This property will not disappoint.
