This is a great property - for the price and location, and it was comfortable and clean. It was really close to Animal Kingdom, as well as the other Disney parks. The gated entry is an extra added feel for security, and the view of the lake was pretty. The pool was extra clean, and we were thankful for the pool cover. The condo was spacious. Owners reached out and asked if we needed anything and they had a high chair ready for us. Thank you!

Prime location for Disney, universal, shopping, dining and basically anything else you would want to do in the Kissimmee area. The villa had everything we needed as a group of 6 including 2 children. Very family friendly. The communication was brilliant with the host. Can’t fault it. Friendly, informative and quick replies which made the checking in process very easy after an extremely long travel day. Will be recommending to friends and family and will definitely book again in the future. Thank you!

We had the most amazing holiday. I have stayed within sunset lakes before but will definitely will be coming back to this villa. It has everything you need for your stay and the host is very friendly and helpful. The villa is close to Disney and other attractions but also nicely tucked away in a gated area with friendly neighbours. I would 100% recommend staying here and cannot wait to return!

A return visit having been in August 24. Villa was as good as we remember. Very spacious, well maintained and the pool the highlight for the children. Great location in a very private gated community with two lakes. (Saw a few gators too!) perfect for getting to all theme parks and a Walmart and Seven Eleven close by for shopping needs.

We loved the villa. There was great communications and I loved the instructions received prior to the trip. The house was as expected and having the pool was great. The only things we didn't like were just personal preferences like the beds were harder than we prefer, but that is more personal preference. Would totally go back if we ever go again to Florida.

The villa was in a fantastic location, spacious and had everything we needed. It was home from home and very much much enjoyed our stay.Audra was spot on with communications and questions were dealt with quickly, Andrew from the management company was great and nothing was too much trouble, such as extra pool towels and sorting an issue with the alarm (our doing).We have been coming to Florida for nearly 18 years and would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, the neighborhood is very quiet and was very relaxing after a long day at the parks. Very convenient to many stores, gift shops and places to eat. We would definitely stay again!!
