My visit was brief, however I really enjoyed the accommodations. It's a lovely place with plenty of space to spread out. The front and back porch, and the view of the woods were very nice. My primary purpose was to prepare food for about 50 people, including a college soccer team, and I found the kitchen and the gas grill very accommodating for that purpose. I would definitely stay again if the need arises, and hopefully enjoy the area a bit more!
My sister and I stayed here on our trip to Dresden OH. It was very clean and was a nice touch for the items in the pantry. Very quiet and peaceful. We saw deer grazing out back and one evening sitting out on the back porch listened to an owl hooting in the woods. They have so many things to do, checkers and darts on the back deck, books to read or just watch TV. Love the little cafeteria booth in the dining room!!!! Would recommend for anyone for a relazing get away

My husband, Tom & I are just down the road. We have several vacation properties & enjoy it a lot. Feel free to contact us anytime.
Why they chose this property
We have chickens next door so leave a message if you want fresh eggs left for you. The area is very peaceful & relaxing. Most people in the area enjoy hiking at Black Hand Gorge (4 miles) or kayaking in the Licking River (at end of Brushy Fork Rd & Brownsville Rd) is best spot or Staddens Bridge Road to leave vehicles.
What makes this property unique
There is a fold up poker table top that fits the dining table. Cards & chips are also available. Large checker board on back porch along with small dart boards. If pulling a trailer or boat, the driveway does make a U turn shape so you don't have to back out. Fifteen minute drive to Dillon State Park for boating or fishing. Flintridge park with Indian artifacts is also ten minutes away.
