Funkhaus Sleepover

We had a wonderful 2nd time at the Funkhaus of Fort Smith. It is such a fun atmosphere and my group had such a great time! Wonderful hostess!

Sisters weekend

My sister's and I chose this property because it is just beautifully eccentric and match the personality of our youngest sister who we were celebrating. The attention to detail, the games, the various themes in each room, it was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

This place was incredible! The property is clearly loved and the owners attention to detail is phenomenal. The house and decor was amazing but the little personal touches are what really made it special. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is easy to find. Loved the stay!

My daughter had a couple of friends stay here for her 10th birthday sleepover. They LOVED it. Such fun decorations, clean, and well worth the stay.

Fabulous Funkhaus

Everything at Funkhaus was perfect! Booking, location, check-in, amenities, it all exceeded expectations! My friends and I could not get over all the decor and how well Jordan had stocked it for guests. We all agreed next time we get to reunite on Fort Smith Funkhaus will be at the top of our list!

Wonderful Whimsy

The beds are extremely comfortable. The decor of the house opens the imagination. The host provides for our unexpected needs — mini cereal boxes, hair ties, and filtered water in the fridge. There is even a carport to protect the car from severe storms that we encountered during our stay.

A Funky Oasis of Colors and Comfort!

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by vibrant colors and quirky charm that instantly put a smile on my face. The house was clean, and the host takes great pride in maintaining the property. Comfort was not compromised in the pursuit of style. The beds were cozy and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The house was spacious, and all rooms were thoughtfully arranged, creating the perfect spots to relax, chat or unwind with a good book. The location was ideal, and everything was a quick drive from the house. I recommend staying at this house for a fun and funky time.

We stayed for 3 nights while in town for a music festival. It was our first time in Arkansas. Great town! The property is well maintained and there is a lot of attention to detail. Very fun, festive & funky. They have thought of every amenity to stock for a comfortable stay. Check in and check out procedures were a breeze. Our 1 year old likes to get into everything, so we were constantly keeping him from causing damages to the decor— probably not where you want to stay if you are traveling with a wild child. Our only recommendation would be some mattress toppers for the beds— we’re in our forties so a good mattress is very important, lol.

We booked this house for our Hocus Pocus movie night, and it by far exceeded our expectations!

Such a fun, unique house!! Host was very helpful and attentive. House was fully stocked with everything we needed and very clean! If you’re looking for something unique, check this place out! Will be booking again!
