The entire space is professionally decorated, perfect for your entire group to spend time together during your stay.

This place was amazing. It was very well stocked and communication was outstanding. The location isn’t far from Broadway but is tucked in a quiet transitioning neighborhood. We felt very safe and comfortable.

The location was easy for accessing all areas surrounding Nashville. The beds were comfortable. Nice, having 3 1/2 bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen.

Nash trip

The townhome was very nice and comfortable…a great landing spot after a long day touring Nashville. The location is within 10-15 minutes of just about everything in Nashville including the airport.

Great house, close to everything.

This Nashville home is brand new, in an up and coming neighborhood that is close to Broadway and most other Nashville attractions. Walking distance to several good and fun places to eat and a short car ride to everything else. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for the home. We would stay here again.

East Nash Comfort

We were in town for a tradeshow for 6 days! The brief drive from downtown to East Nashville was helpful to get out of the hustle and relax in a peaceful townhome, in a chill neighborhood. The place was quiet and clean and we easily grabbed rides to restaurants and shopping.

Weekend Fun

We enjoyed a quick getaway to Nashville and loved the home! It was setup perfectly for 2-3 couples. We loved the open living/kitchen area and spent our evenings together in the space, then retreated to our own suites. The neighborhood is definitely changing, but still has some questionable streets. Nothing bad, just looks a bit rough. Still, we loved it and would stay here again!

Great place - Close enough to lower Broadway - Far enough from lower Broadway

First off, the host is quick to respond with any questions. The 'guidebook' provided with the property is very detailed and thorough. The residence has a great open floorplan, nice decor, and very well appointed with anything you might need.. The beds are super comfortable. We were situated close enough to downtown to use rideshares. But also having a garage was great for our friends who drove in to town. We used their car for longer trips (like going to the grand ole opry, or loveless cafe) . East Nashville has a lot of hidden gems to visit for food and music. Many of them are within 1 mile of this house. We HIGHLY recommend staying here.
