This comfortable, well-appointed riverfront home blends rustic lodge vibes with modern convenience. Large windows bring in forest and river views, while multiple living areas give everyone room to spread out after a day outdoors.

There is a gas indoor fireplace for easy, cozy evenings (no wood required).

• Upstairs King Suite – Spa-style ensuite bathroom with steam shower and tub/shower combo
• Downstairs Bunk Room – Queen-over-Queen bunk with patio access
• Downstairs Guest Room – Queen bed + two Twin beds, ideal for families

Each bedroom has its own Roku Smart TV. Additional TVs are located in the main living room, lower family room, and game room (5 total).

The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, coffee grinder, waffle iron, crock pot, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. The rustic wood dining table seats 8+ and is perfect for shared meals, board games, and gathering after a day on the river.

🔥 Fire Pit & Firewood (Important)

The home has an outdoor fire pit, but firewood is not provided. Guests may purchase firewood locally.

Outdoor fires are regulated by the La Pine Fire District, and seasonal restrictions are common, especially in summer and early fall. Guests must call the La Pine Rural Fire Protection District burn line before using the fire pit to confirm whether fires are allowed during their stay. Burn status can change daily based on conditions.

🎣 Fishing & River Access

The property sits directly on the Big Deschutes River, with easy river access from the backyard. Fishing from the riverfront is popular, with both fly fishing and spin fishing depending on season and conditions. Just minutes away is Fall River, known for world-class fly fishing, along with Fall River Falls — a scenic and easy hike. A valid Oregon fishing license is required. Licenses are easy to purchase online or at local sporting goods stores in Sunriver or Bend, and current regulations apply to the Deschutes River.

🐾 Dog-Friendly

We love dogs! Well-behaved pups are welcome with prior approval and an additional pet fee. Please let us know in advance if your dog(s) will be joining you. Please note: Neither the front yard nor backyard is fenced.

🔐 Guest Access

You’ll have full access to the home, decks, hot tub, fire pit, garage game room, kayaks, and trails. The front door and garage feature keyless entry. Wi-Fi details, access codes, and your welcome guide will be emailed approximately one week before arrival.

We’re available if you need anything during your stay. You’ll receive a welcome email before arrival with entry instructions, local tips, and everything needed for a smooth and relaxing stay.

🗺️ Getting Around

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just south of Sunriver. The long paved driveway provides easy year-round access.
The nearest convenience store is about 10 minutes away. Sunriver IGA is approximately 10–15 minutes. If arriving via Bend, we recommend grocery shopping there for the best selection and prices.
