Secluded Oceanside Community. Key Largo Yacht Club consist of only 24 units and some of the best views, privacy, and ocean side boating access in Key Largo. Also known as the diving capital of the world, Key Largo offers multiple options for snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
The unit's 1st floor consist of an open living and dining area, washer/dryer, and bathroom. Equipped with smart TV, wine/beverage cooler, and 2 chest freezers ( 2 car garage area) to keep all your bait and seafood fresh. This space opens up to a marina front terrace with wonderful views of the ocean and just steps away from a ocean front Tiki Hut. The terrace area is equipped with both a propane grill and a lump charcoal Big Green Egg.
The 2nd floor consist of another living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms.
The 3rd floor consist of a master bedroom/bathroom and a queen sized bedroom. Both rooms have doors leading out to a balcony with beautiful views of the ocean and marina.
Outside, you'll enjoy great amenities including a heated pool and spa, 4 ocean front tiki huts, playground for younger children, basketball half court, tennis court, putting green, boat ramp, trailer parking, and a fish cleaning station. 4 person Golf Cart is included to cruise within the community. A 30' Boat Slip with 14K lb cradle lift can be made available.
