Why they chose this property

I bought this property for my mom to use when she comes out here to escape the winters up north. It's well stocked with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay and we care for it like it's our own; because it is. When she's not here, it's available to anyones looking for a cozy home in a great area. It's a super quiet neighborhood but just minutes away from tons of walking and hiking paths, Desert Ridge shopping, High Street, Starbucks, Mayo Clinic and easy access to the highway!

What makes this property unique

Beautiful corner lot with lot of light. The back yard is filled with fruit trees and a covered patio to enjoy all year round!
