CHALET AJDA FOR 5 PERSONS IN BOHINJ, TRIGLAV NATIONAL PARK

We invite you to spend your well-deserved vacation in the astonishing natural environment in Bohinj, right in the heart of Triglav National Park. If you love breath-taking views, the tranquillity of natural surroundings and desire the luxury of a fully equipped house, then the alpine Chalet Ajda is the right place for you. It is situated on an alpine pasture of Pokrovec near the village of Koprivnik. With 130 m2 ground plan and an outdoor terrace, surrounded by a 150 m2 garden and forest, a large parking space and the vicinity of hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing trails and skiing slopes, this chalet is the perfect location for an unforgettable vacation.

The village of Koprivnik is 2 km and Lake Bohinj is 6 km away from the house.

Chalet Ajda offers a comfortable and homely atmosphere due to its wood furnishings and a touch of tradition. Enjoy playing family games, reading or simply relaxing in a large living room while you have a view of the alpine pasture. The chalet has a large balcony and outdoor terrace with all garden seating and resting equipment, as well as a fixed wood-burning grill. Adjacent to the living room is the cosy dining area. From the dining area you enter the high-quality kitchen, which is fully equipped and features electrical appliances such as an oven, microwave, toaster, water heater and dishwashing machine. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower/hairdryer on the same floor. On the upper floor there is one double room and one family room that accommodates 3 people. Furthermore, there is a washing machine and dryer at your disposal.
A large storage room for skis or bicycles is available on the ground floor next to the entrance area.

Explore the nature of Bohinj on foot, by bike, on horseback or with skis. Learn about the tradition of alpine dairy farming and cheese making, discover the botanical wealth of Bohinj and relax by the crystal-clear waters.
In Bohinj there are over 400 km of organised hiking and mountain climbing trails. The more interesting routes include the Bohinj mountain trail and a part of the international Via Alpina long-distance hiking trail. Bohinj is an excellent starting point to ascend to Mt Triglav which can be accessed on numerous trails.
Green mobility is promoted through the Bohinj summer and winter mobility cards, which provide various benefits for users like free public transport around Bohinj and free parking.
For winter sport enthusiasts, Bohinj offers plenty of possibilities. The Soriška planina, Vogel, Pokljuka and Kobla ski areas are suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers. Snowboarders will have a great time in the fun parks on Vogel. If you like cross-country skiing or hiking, then our chalet is the right place for you, because it is only a short drive away from the biathlon centre and a variety of cross-country skiing trails on the Pokljuka plateau. Cross-country skiing trails are also lighted in Srednja vas, which is just a 10-minute drive away back to the valley from Chalet Ajda.
Bohinj and the alpine pasture of Pokrovec on the Pokljuka plateau is also a fantastic destination for hikers and cyclists, since it is the perfect starting point to access a diverse network of hiking and cycling trails.
