Perfect location for our visit

We were in town for the 2024 Olympic Trials and a Fever game. It was an easy walk or a $6-$10 Uber ride. The unit is within a mile to mile and a half of toms of restaurants, shopping, Gainbtidge, Lucas Oil and the convention center. It was clean and comfortable. We would stay again..

Great place.

Clean comfortable place to stay. As described. Check in was a little difficult as the codes did not work. Eventually had to be reset. Had to have somebody let me in the building. Carpets in the spare room were stained and door had some damage. Had to figure out how to report this when checking in. Shower curtain in main room needed changed. Stained. Other than the difficult check in and a couple communication challenges it was a very nice place. Thank you.

Great location outside Indy

Short drive to Indy, very clean, nice property. The only negative was the communication about security deposit which caused initial issues with checkin but communicateion was quick and resolved issue without too much inconvenience. Also rooms both have locks/passcodes, they were not correct and had to be reset, again very quick response.

All the basic needs covered!

For the same price or less than a cramped hotel, this two bedroom apartment, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms was a far superior choice for my family of four. we like to stock up and cook our own food, and the unit had the basic needs covered. The location was good and everyone we interacted with in the building was friendly.

Apartment was very nice. My only suggestion is that the check in instructions should be better organized and have the access codes in one place within the Vrbo app instead of the app and a web link. This may be a Vrbo issue rather than management but toggling between two portals on a phone is very cumbersome

Clean and adequate

The apartment is very clean. The beds were quite firm but comfortable. There were no extra blankets or throw blankets and there were no pillow cases for the extra bed pillows. Also, no wine opener. Sparsely stocked. Sparsely decorated. The location was great! There were parties and quite a bit of noise up until about 2am.

Location location location

We were in town for a week long bowling tournament. Not only was this unit dead center for all of the bowling alleys, it also was walking distance (1/2 mile to a mile) of many outstanding Restaraunts.
