We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days out. The host truly thought of everything — even providing extras like toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Those thoughtful touches made us feel very welcome and at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Cute home with lots of character! The layout was great with lounge area downstairs and lovely bright and comfortable bedrooms upstairs. We loved our stay. Will surely miss sipping coffee on the porch. The owner was also easy to reach which is great. Surely recommend the home.

We had a great stay. The house was pleasant, spacious, and in a great location near downtown with convenient parking. It was very clean, well maintained, and clearly prepared with guests in mind. Check-in was easy and everything was hassle-free throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient location between broad ripple and downtown. Area is going through urban renewal and appeared to be up and coming. House is good and perfect for three to five people or a family. Gather 22 was an excellent restaurant for brunch and was only .5 miles from house. Overall, good house and experience. Host is very responsive

The house was decent. Very clean, but lacked a few basics in the kitchen that would have made it easier to cook dinner. On street parking was a bit sketchy, since traffic blows down the street like it was the Indy 500. I wouldn’t classify the location as a prestigious neighborhood, that’s for sure. There was a lot of noise from the neighbors and public park across the street. Overall, it was a decent value for what I paid.
