Gulf Highlands community is known as one of the most family-friendly resorts in the Panama City Beach area. These amenities are all FREE and our townhouse provides sporting equipment.

Our townhouse is located only 3 minutes' walk from the one of 'the world's most beautiful beaches. The unit provides all the privacy you will need while located in a rapidly developing area with tremendous entertainment and shopping opportunities. You will love this 2-bedroom/1.5-bathroom townhouse and the convenience of pulling into 2 private parking spots and be right there at the door. Unload without an elevator wait and head to the beach. And of course, a strong Wi-Fi network to support all your needs (tested by our teenagers!).

The upstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed, large closet, dresser, plasma TV and DVD, and a balcony porch with a sitting area overlooking the lake and providing a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has two full-size beds with a large closet and a dresser. Both bedrooms are furnished with new linens, pillows, and covers. We also provide air mattresses with extra linens and blanket, and a pack and play for infants and toddlers with its own set of linens. Bedrooms are next to the full bathroom with plenty of bath towels, a shower, and an easily accessible, shallow bathtub.

Downstairs living room has a queen sofa sleeper, another twin coach, a love seat, a big SMART plasma TV along with a half bath, dining area, a fully furnished kitchen with many new appliances and equipment, barstools, and remodeled laundry room with large, high-efficiency washer and dryer. Walk out onto the patio for grilling and rest time with the great view of the lake, turtles, numerous birds, large grass area, and beautiful pine and palm trees landscaping.

We furnish towels, linens, pack and play for infants and toddlers with its own set of linens, sporting equipment for tennis, putt-putt, shuffleboard, pickleball, board games, beach chairs, and other amenities.

Panama City Beach was voted the #1 drive destination in Florida. Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is located in the Heart of 'The Strip'. Restaurants (e.g. Pineapple Willy’s made famous by VISA commercial), Entertainment, Theater, Bowling Alley, arcade, Post Office, retail, and grocery shopping (Wal-Mart, Publix), and even urgent care clinic, are all within walking or short walk/drive distance. This complex is about 4 miles from great shopping, eating, and sunset pier walk at The Pier Park, and sport and relaxation at Frank Brown Park and St. Andrews State Park with shuttle to most spectacular Shell Island.
