About this property

As you turn into our property, heading up the scenic driveway, you will find yourself surrounded by woods and greenery, leading you to your private cottage and yard nestled behind our 1880’s stone farmhouse.

Our property is just a few minutes away from Peddler’s Village where you can walk around and find some great restaurants and shops including some of our favorites: Caleb’s, Buttonwood Grill, Earl’s, Porterhouse and Villaggio. Another favorite is Baci Ristorante & Heart of Oak Pub and also None Such market for your grocery needs. We are also a short drive from Lambertville, New Hope and Doylestown. Recommendations will be left on the welcome desk when you arrive at the cottage.

Relaxing Anniversary Trip

My husband and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary in New Hope and had a great time! When we arrived at the cottage, Patricia showed us around and even had a little bottle of champagne in the fridge for us! The following day we booked massages with Patricia (highly recommend! Soooo relaxing!!).. Then we went to Peddlers Village to shop, and at night we had a delicious dinner at Stella (also recommend). Everything in the cottage was clean and cozy. If we ever come back to the area again, I would definitley be booking this cottage again!

Weekend Getaway

Had a great visit to see my Daughter during Del Val’s A day. The cottage was very cozy, neat and very clean. Plenty of amenities for cooking and staying in, although I was out and about most of the time. Patty and Scott are wonderful hosts and would definitely stay again. Next time I’ll inquire about a visit to Patty’s spa. Just an FYI for anyone staying in the future. Thanks again!!

Breathtaking

Hands down best spot to stay at if you're looking for a romantic little spot or a girls getaway. The cottage was the most adorable place with quaint details and a cozy loft upstairs. The pictures do not do it justice, it really is that beautiful. Patti and her husband Scott were wonderful hosts and really made our weekend special and relaxing. She gave us some great places to check out during our stay and was available for anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.
