Wonderful home, great location, and lots of amenities provided to make travel easy!!

This waterfront cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Resort. This quaint little community is beautifully kept, and provides an atmosphere that says Vacation! Our home has a lovely view of a pond with a fountain (sorry - no swimming or fishing allowed, but you can enjoy feeding the turtles from the neighborhood dock!). We are just a 4 minute walk to the community pool (heated in the winter!) and hot tub. Our guests will also have access to the workout facilities, playground, horseshoes and shuffleboard.

The community is safe with security staff present around the clock!
Our home is just a few minutes to the local springs, 30 minutes to Daytona Beach and 1 hour to Disney World and Universal Studios. Whether you want hiking, bike riding, great food & shopping, or exciting night life... you're looking at the right place!

High quality linens provided with every stay! This includes beach towels (located in the master closet).
We provide a starter pack of necessities like paper towel rolls, toilet paper, hand soaps, dish soap, kitchen sponge, basic condiments, basic spices, coffee, filters, creamer, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, hair spray, and tooth paste.

Other highlights include:
Free high speed WIFI, SmartTV, cable TV, assorted popular movies on DVD with DVD player, good assortment of games and cards, propane grill and fire pit (propane tank provided!!), corn hole, beach chairs (x2), beach umbrella, cooler, beach bag, and back pack for hiking. Extra pillows & extra blankets.

About the space,
This one bedroom home is very clean, perfect for family and friends to gather and play games, grill food, enjoy the scenic view or head out for the day and visit one of the many activities there are to do around town!

The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a very comfortable mattress, several soft pillows, and plenty of closet space. Our home also has a spacious, full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway.

The open floor plan puts the comfort of the living room right next to the fully stocked kitchen! Great space for sharing time with family and friends!

The living room has a brand new, very comfortable modern queen size sleeper sofa. Sheets and pillows are conveniently stored in the chaise lounge.

One of the favorite amenities of this property would be the back deck which is covered by a gazebo with a built-in mosquito net to keep out those unwanted pests as you enjoy the water view. There is plenty of comfortable seating and tables to enjoy an outdoor meal.

The home is only 10 minutes from Blue Springs which has swimming and tubing available and plenty of manatees that flock there in the winter! The Saint John’s river is just 15 minutes away where there are plenty of places to eat and water actives like fishing, boating, kayaking, and so much more.

If you want to take a short drive you can zip over to Daytona Beach and have toes in the ocean in 35 minutes or head over to Disney World & Universal Studios which is only an hour away! There is so much to do here in this cozy waterfront cottage!

Nice gazebo

This is a simple clean place, pretty quiet, nice view of fountain and pond from gazebo. Soft sheets and plenty of towels and stuff for the beach. Appreciated the availability of coffee, thank you!

Waterfront Cottage Stay

We came for a short visit with family in the area and needed a place rest between family gatherings, as well as a place to sleep. We had the perfect place for that! We stayed cool and very comfortable in this beautifully decorated home. We picked up grocery items and the kitchen had everything we needed to be able to enjoy breakfast before meeting up with family. Our hosts have thought of everything. The resort area is very well maintained. It is a very safe resort. We highly recommend this Waterfront Cottage!

Pre wedding get away!

The communication was wonderful the place was so clean and had many items we didn’t bring but found so helpful! The pool is nice the property is so clean . This is the first rental I have stayed in that was true to the pictures and description. We will be back!!!

Everything as stated in right up, there is nothing that wasn’t available in the house. The cooking utensils and the pots and pans were all in excellent shape. Air conditioning and ceiling fans were terrific in the hot weather, bed and couch comfy my nieces loved camping out on the couch in their little sleep sacks so a couple with younger kids would have no problem and the pool was fabulous as well as having a kiddy pool and a hot tub. Guess it’s goodbye Holiday inn and hello waterfront cottage!

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. The place was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Loved the pool, the kids loved the pool and the resort staff were all friendly and helpful as well. we will definitely stay here on our return visit!

Wonderful time at Larry and Karen’s park model. Beautifully decorated, the RV park was very well kept up, everyone was friendly and it was safe and secure! You certainly won’t be disappointed staying there and we definitely would book again.

Quiet and relaxing

We stayed here for 2 weeks after the birth of our first granddaughter to be close to her and our son. Much better and more affordable than a hotel room. Wife loved sitting on the patio looking over the pond. Easy access to I-4 and a straight shot into Orlando and Daytona. Thank you Larry and Karen, we will be back.

Clean & comfy!

We really enjoyed having the extra room compared to the hotel room we originally booked. Everything was clean and up-to-date. We will look to book this place again the next time we are in the area.

Charming cottage

This property had a great view, well kept, everything in working order and clean. It had everything you would need but food. It had a very comfortable bed. Didn't use the grill but the firepit and porch were nice. We ejoyed the puzzle and the dvd's as well. I would choose to go back to this cottage everytime we go to visit family in Florida if available. It was a great price as well.

Felt Like Home

You can tell the host put effort into making the the place feel like home for its guests. Everywhere you looked, they would have something readily available and they covered all those small inconveniences that’s perhaps you forgot to bring! The sofa that turns into a bed was the BEST after coming from a long night out! It had me wanting to invest in one haha. 10/10 Sitting outside in the patio, viewing the lake while taking in exam 10/10.

Amazing experience!!

This is an amazing, cozy, clean little place. They owners were so helpful with any questions we had, they let us check in a bit early, they have detailed information for anything you may need at the house. It’s perfect for 2-4 people, my husband and myself and our 13 year old son stayed for a ball tournament in a neighboring town and we were beyond impressed. The pool was so nice, there’s laundry on site and this place was loaded with nice sheets and towels and just anything you could need. They had everything you would find at home. The beds were so comfortable, we were especially impressed with the pull out. The water pressure is very good and everything is so appropriately organized. Big thanks to the hosts’ we loved it there!

Clean Glamping!

This was our first time reserving a stay at an RV resort and it was lovely! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and suited our needs perfectly. We needed our own space to retreat to while visiting local friends. There were 4 of us so space was small but clean & what we expected. The bed & pullout were both comfortable with plenty of clean pillows and linens, the kitchen was clean and had what we needed, the Shower was clean and had a good supply of hot water, AC worked great, the lighted canopy was quaint and a lovely place to relax looking out over the pond while listening to the sound of the fountain. The resort felt safe, neighbors were respectful and quiet and the property was beautiful and clean. We didn’t get to swim in the pool but it looked amazing. Communication with the owners was superb. It is worth noting as of June 2023, that there is land being cleared on a neighboring property to the resort and that could be noisy at times but since we weren’t there much it wasn’t an issue and that is not something that can be controlled by the owners. We would not recommend following phone directions once you enter the park, as ours led us to the wrong place and resulted in brief panic! We absolutely would recommend this property to anyone wanting a clean, fun getaway!

Relaxing on a .small lake with a fountain is as good as it gets. the pool is a 5 minute walk and open until 10 for a refreshing evening dip! safe to take an evening stroll around the park after dinner or just sit on the oversized sofa and watch movies.
