Hard wood floors on floor 1 and 2 and carpet in basement. Very comfortable and spacious home. Includes premium cable, rainfall shower, 3 different central AC units, wine refrig, double oven. Running track and tennis courts blocks away. Quiet neighborhood and excellent construction make for quiet nights sleep!

Wonderful House

Great place for family to stay and hang out together. Our son lives nearby an he was married over new years at a nearby location. Highly recommended would rent again.

Charming EGR house, beautiful design and so well appointed.

We spent an amazing Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends. The home is well constructed and beautifully designed with too many fabulous comforts to list. The kitchen is so well appointed! The location is within walking distance of charming GasLight village where we gathered for the magical annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony. We had an amazing time!! Loved it!
