Newly renovated with all NEW appliances, bedding and furniture plus located in Park Forest Neighborhood on N. Atherton St, you will have the best of all State College worlds! Our home is located on a quiet street yet walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. Walk right down the street to a park with playground or two streets over to a Starbucks! All linens (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows) provided.
2.5 miles to Penn State.

You will love the modern, clean look of this home and the cozy neighborhood lined with sidewalks. Walk to Starbucks or ChickfilA for breakfast or sit on our porch with a coffee at home (provided!).

We had the best stay at this property! The home had everything we needed and was so clean/organized. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, every shop or restaurant we wanted to go to was within 5-10mins. The kids room with toys and games was a huge hit for our boys and our 5 year old loved the waffle station! We come up yearly to PA to visit family and can’t wait to stay at this property again!

The place was absolutely lovely! It was so clean, tastefully decorated, and in a beautiful area. We were so close to Penn State where our son is living white working on his PhD.
