Perfect location in Santa Monica.Well-appointed home, wonderfully stocked for all our needs. Wonderful storage for our bikes, safe area to park. We were impressed by plentiful shampoo, conditioner, well stocked pots and pans etc. Plentiful towels and they even left coffee and an arrival treat!Fabulous neighborhood and close to lots of shopping and dining.Honelsty loved every minute!

This is a non-smoking property. We do not allow smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.), and we will not rent to anyone that smokes. We have a zero tolerance policy for smoking.

No open flames, including lighters, matches, torches, candles, incense, etc.
No pets inside the property.
No illegal substances of any kind.
Please respect our neighbors and do not play loud music or make loud noises.

A professional cleaning of the unit once every 4 weeks is included.
