Luxury holiday apartment with bio sauna, fireplace, south-facing terrace, large roof terrace in a dream location on the beach. This wonderful holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a holiday home, which on the one hand borders directly on the Baltic Sea coast and on the other hand is only separated from the private beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz by a small street. A place where vacation dreams come true!
This apartment is not suitable for children under 6 years. a. the demarcation of the veranda from the water has wire ropes.
The large living and dining area is equipped with a very modern kitchen with a kitchen block, which leaves nothing to be desired in terms of design and equipment. Cooking to your heart's content and looking at the sea is possible in our home port 2.
Adjacent is the living area with a television and panoramic windows. Watch the sailors or fishing trawlers as they drive through the mucus estuary to the Baltic Sea, always keeping an eye on the lighthouse.
The large master bedroom offers a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00m) with a sea view and a view of the gas fireplace, as a large sliding door separates the living room and bedroom. Guests enjoy a lot of privacy in the master bedroom through the bathroom en suite, which is equipped with a shower, washing machine, dryer, toilet and a large washbasin. The bio sauna is also in this bathroom.
The second bedroom is also equipped with a box spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and offers a clear view of the private beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. A second bathroom en suite with shower, toilet, vanity and hairdryer is available to our guests.
Two large sun terraces and a 40 sqm roof terrace are available to our guests. Equipped with a beach chair, lounge furniture and comfortable seating for eating, our guests will not miss anything in this apartment.

The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is created in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany: in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein near Kappeln, directly between the mouth of the Schleim and the Baltic Sea.
On the more than 150 hectare area of the former naval base in Olpenitz, a new, unique holiday resort is being built, which impresses with its variety of holiday homes and properties close to the Baltic Sea.

Our Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is constantly evolving and we are all excited to see it emerge until the planned completion in 2022.
On the north breakwater we have our own private beach for guests in the Baltic Sea resort. There is enough space for lying, playing and bathing for young and old.
The new EDEKA store also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbor basin.
The company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family on site for extensive tours by bike. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square meters. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbor promenade and take a look at the small shops in the Klabautermann house.
There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional sailing ships, canoe and boat rentals, optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbor cinema.
The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach is approx. 3 km away (incl. Dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer) complete the holiday offer.
The nearest town Kappeln is a recognized Baltic Sea pub and climatic health resort with approx.10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist offers for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cozy fishing harbor is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a ride on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from the Kappelner harbor to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a bike tour along the many beautiful bike paths along the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.

House Rules / Prices:
The prices are given per object / night with an occupancy up to max. 4 guests.
A laundry package consisting of bed linen and towels can be booked for EUR 20.00 per person. The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the service charge of 135.00 euros. The deposit of 200.00 euros is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. If the delivery is made properly on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.
