About this property

Welcome to Das Steghaus, Germany

Cozy, bright and quiet apartment with lots of feel-good flair and a large terrace with a view of the countryside and garden. The separate entrance to the apartment leads over a footbridge from the garden, which guides you like a bridge from your everyday life on vacation. The apartment is friendly and attractively furnished and offers space for 4 (+2) people. An extra cot is also available free of charge. The large balcony offers a beautiful view of the landscape and part of Graefenberg. The spacious terrace belonging to the apartment also offers a wonderful view and invites you to a cozy get-together, barbecuing and relaxing. We live on the ground floor of the house and are happy to be available to our tenants as contact persons during their stay. Parking at the house. Sandpit, toys and games for children, puzzles, books for children and adults.

The Steghaus:
The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen and living area with a cozy dining area and flat-screen TV. The bathroom furnishings include a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, bathtub and a washing machine. There are numerous games, toys and puzzles for children, as well as books for children and adults. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the landscape and part of Graefenberg. Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed, 1 cot, wardrobe, television. If desired, a baby travel bed can be added. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and a wardrobe.

Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 23:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete FeWo mit mediterranem Garten, Balkon und Terasse. Super zum entspannen. Die Umgebung ist toll zum wandern mit phantastischen Einkehrmöglichkeiten u.a. in diversen Braugasthöfen. Es war toll und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten nur wenige Tage Urlaub in der Fränkischen Schweiz und mit diesem Quartier eine sehr gute Wahl getroffen: ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und perfekt ausgestattetes Domizil, mit Blick auf Tal/Ort Gräfenberg (in der einen Richtung) bzw. auf den bezaubernden Garten (in der anderen Richtung). Gegen die heiße Sommersonne haben die Außen-Jalousien gute Dienste geleistet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat hervorragend funktioniert, unsere spontanen Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!
