Light-flooded apartment in the Franconian Switzerland nature park and resort

The 94m² apartment is located in the idyllic village of Reipertsgesee (about 5 minutes by car from Betzenstein). It is ideal as a base for families, active vacationers and nature lovers. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a large balcony, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a living room (with TV and games) and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is available directly at the house.

Directly at the farm there are five chickens, three sheep and four horses, which are kept outdoors all year round.


In the immediate vicinity there are hiking trails, bike paths and climbing rocks. In Betzenstein the outdoor pool provides refreshment on hot summer days and the climbing park is fun for young and old. Further offers and activities in the area can be found on Betzenstein. de.

Eine erholsame Wanderwoche in der geräumigen Ferienwohnung liegt hinter uns. Das massive Mobiliar in den Schlafräumen stammt aus der Zeit der Großeltern; auf den neuen Matratzen haben wir jedoch gut geschlafen. In der Küche ist alles da, was wir benötigten. Sehr guter TV- und Wlan-Empfang! Tisch und Stühle auf der sonnigen Veranda würden vielleicht einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Herzlichen Dank an den Gastgeber für die gute Kommunikation und den freundlichen Empfang mit Frankenwein, Eiern und einem wunderschönen Wiesenblumenstrauß!

Keine Pferde, zu harte Betten.

Von den 4 Betten waren zwei so hart, dass man kaum schlafen konnte.Die beschriebenen Pferde waren nicht da.Die anderen Tiere konnten nur aus der Ferne angesehen werden. Dusche dreckig.

Sehr gut

Wir haben besonders die Ruhe und naturnahe Lage sehr genossen.Schön auch, dass man gleich direkt vom Haus aus loswandern kann. Kommunikation und Check in unkompliziert. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für das Willkommenspräsent.

Herr Frischholz ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der CheckIn war einfach. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die sehr schöne Küche. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordenltich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die Straße hat keinerlei Durchgangsverkehr und wird nur von Anwohnern genutzt. Trotz der sehr dörflichen Lage ist rundherum alles asphaltiert und es gibt keine Möglichkeit sich auf die Wiese oder ähnliches zu setzen an der Ferienwohnung. Außer der Küche sind die anderen Räume etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Schlafzimmer 2 handelt es sich faktisch nicht um ein Bett 180x180, sondern um zwei Betten mit Breite 90. Die Bretter in der Mitte sind deutlich höher als die Matratzen. Die Schränke lassen sich nur mit erhöhtem Kraftaufwand öffnen, mancher Schieber ist derart verklemmt, dass er gar nicht mehr zu öffnen ist. In Anbetracht des Preises macht man hier nicht viel falsch, speziell wenn man tagsüber ohnehin unterwegs ist.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Sie liegt sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf, ein Auto ist allerdings notwendig, aber das sieht man ja schon beim Studieren der Karte. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und im Küchen-/Wohnbereich hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Möbel im Schlafzimmer sind aus Omas Zeiten, den Stil muss man mögen, aber hat ja auch Charme. Das Badezimmer bräuchte ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen, jedoch war die gesamte Wohnung tip top sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, sowohl in der Küche als auch mit Reinigungsutensilien. WLAN lief problemlos. Man liegt im Bett und hört Kuh und Hahn und ist quasi mittendrin. man sieht soo viele Sterne am Himmel, davon kann der Städter nur träumen! Herr Frischholz hat uns sehr nett willkommen geheißen mit hofeigenen Eiern, Wein und Blumen auf dem Tisch (danke!) und hat im Vorfeld immer sehr schnell und nett mit mir kommuniziert. Er hat uns sogar extra 2 Kinderhochstühle gestellt. Alles in Allem absolut empfehlenswert!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten hier einen sehr erholsamem Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir sehr freundlichen Kontakt. Er war stets hilfsbereit und nett. Direkt von der Wohnung aus konnten wir gleich Wanderungen starten. Toll! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfekt für Familienurlaub

Eine schöne, grosse und gepflegte Ferienwohnung in traumhaft ruhiger Umgebung. Wir haben sie als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge genutzt wie Playmobil Fun Park und Nürnberg. Schön auch wenn man gern wandern geht. Der Vermieter war auch super nett, wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen,gemütlichen FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt,wer in dieser wunderschönen ländlichen Umgebung Ruhe und Erholung sucht,ist hier genau richtig. Besonders für Kinder bietet der Hof mit vielen Tieren wie Pferden,Hühnern und Schafen viel Abwechslung.Wir würden gern wieder hier Urlaub machen.
