The Space:
The Sugarsweet House accommodates up to 10 guests between 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.
• Flex Bedroom #1 – King bed (or two twins) & Ensuite bathroom
• Flex Bedroom #2 – King bed (or two twins) & Bathroom
• Bedroom #3 – Queen bed + Ensuite large spa-like bathroom
• Bedroom #4 – Queen bed + Bathroom
• Living Room – King-sized luxury memory foam sleeper sofa + ½ Bathroom
*All ‘Flex’ rooms can be converted from King beds to two twins when requested*

Each Town & Island Co. unit is equipped with coded locks and unique codes that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space on the property for guests to use as needed.

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
