Location, good beds, beautiful place!!! Great pool that goes to 8 feet, hot tub large enough for 7 or 8 people, beach access is awesome.. love how you can look out and see the ocean from the living room.

Fantastic stay

Unit 304 was a wonderful place to stay the month. Clean and comfortable, it felt like home. Out the door and onto the beach. Paula and Scott are wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back.

I can’t say enough good things!

This condo was absolutely perfect in every way. It was beautiful, comfortable, and you can not beat the view. The beach was not crowded at all. It was so nice having the elevator AND the grocery/luggage carts were such a timesaver. Also, communication with Vacasa was fantastic. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Clean, uncrowned, comfortable

Great family trip for me, my wife and our five kids. This condo is in a small complex with one 24 other condos. It was not crowded and it was wonderful to walk down to the beach. The access is a wooden ramp that has no steps. This is grate for using our beach cart. The furniture was very comfortable and even had two recliners. The bunk room is small but worked for our group. The owner provided some beach gear that was very helpful. I’m already missing this wonderful condo. 304 is just about perfect.

Beach lovers get away

Beautiful place, just like the pictures... updated appliances, beautiful wood & tile floors, great lighting through out the condo. Some condo's that I have stayed at had poor lighting in the bath rooms which makes it difficult for applying makeup or shaving and these owners covered that. The patio doors and windows were great quality, when you closed them they had great seals, no sound or fog on glass. Unfortunately while one of the ladies was closing the door a screw broke off on the handle. We were able to close the door but not lock it, we called Vacasa and they scheduled maintenance to repair that...I hope it was repaired before the next guest arrived. Loved the view of the ocean, beach and appreciate the cleanliness on this unit. Met some very nice and helpful owners of Wellington Condos....Great place, I would book this unit again.
