This property is a good sized single family home. You will have 3 bedrooms, a good sized living room, and an extra room near the garage if needed. The room near the garage can be a little loud at times with the furnace and water heater out there, so just be cautious of that.
You have access to the whole house, use it as you need to. There is also a great play area behind the house through the back gate for kids to play.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! Very spacious & comfortable living room area so we didn’t feel on top of each other. The beds were comfy. Although we didn’t do any cooking while there the kitchen seemed well stocked. Austin was quick to respond any time I had a question. We would definitely stay here again!
Overall, the property is pretty good. There are a few updates I think should be done to make it better. The kitchen is a bit outdated and not well equipped in terms of cooking utensils. Most of the pots and pans are old and marred. We were there for 10 days so we planned on cooking a lot. We found several basic utensils missing (tongs, whisk).
The washer regularly erred for misbalanced loads, even when it wasn’t. Owner acknowledged this has happened before and might be replacing it soon.
There’s a broken outlet cover in the hallway where little fingers can get and touch the wiring.
Lastly, the bed frame in the master bedroom was collapsed in the middle and broken. We informed the owner and he had a new bed frame installed the next day. Although his response to the issue was great and appreciated, a little more attention to details overall in the house could have prevented it from happening at all.
My sisters and I stayed for a few days visiting family in the area, It was great each having our own rooms, but also having a comfortable and inviting kitchen and living area to gather in. I had a mishap of my own making in the house and Austin was excellent in communicating and handling the situation. We hope to stay again next year when we visit family in the area.
