The open floor plan makes it easier for guests to stay connected and create everlasting memories. Gather around the coffee table in the living room and play any of the entertaining board games available or watch a favorite show on the TV with cable. Then, when mealtime comes around, the fully appointed kitchen will have your back with every appliance and cookware needed to prepare delicious homemade meals and snacks for the group. You can choose to either dine indoors at the accommodating dining table or on the deck with a beautiful backdrop that is a great place to host warm-weather barbecues with its propane grill. Home essentials include WiFi should you need to plug in as well as a private washer/dryer for refreshing for the next day’s adventures.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
