Clean and Comfortable

This property was very clean, cozy, and tidy! My group enjoyed our stay and it is relatively close to all the main attractions in Orlando. :)

A great place to stay

The house was clean as a whistle and as pictured in the photos. No problems whatsoever. We needed to extend one more day and everyone was helpful to get it done. We would definitely stay here again .

very comfortable house, wonderful host

The house is well-equipped, including wifi, large screen TV with lots of options, washer & dryer, very comfortable beds, screened porch, back yard. Roberto is a very warm, responsive, accommodating, interesting host. I used Lyft to get to and from Winter Park--very convenient.

Great stay

I am late leaving this review. We stayed the end of 10/24-11/1, 2022. This was a new listing and I was new to VRBO so I decided to give them a chance and took a gamble. Host was very responsive. House was clean and comfy. We really relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

Very clean!

Great house with decent size rooms except the master bathroom is made for a tiny house. Nice smart tv that was easy for my kids to use. I liked the little back porch, but the slider door doesn’t lock well. Location is ok, kinda in a ghetto area.

Nice house, sketchy place

House was very nice and clean on the inside, check in process was easy. However it is located in a sketchy part of town, didn’t really feel safe going outside after dark. Also owner claims I broke a dish that we never even used and then charged me for it. So be sure to take pictures of everything when you check in to avoid being accused of damages.

Doublebooked!

We checked in after the 4 o’clock check-in time, using the four digit code sent to us for the front door. Upon entry we could see that someone else had been there. A moment later another family pulled up in the driveway wondering what we were doing in their home for the night. It had been double booked, leaving us in an awkward situation which could have either been dangerous or super awkward. After comparing our reservations and door code entry, which were both identical, my family and I left to go find other lodging.

Nightmare

Arrived at 5:00pm shoes on front porch. Entered code to access opened door and place was a mess. Someone living there. Called host he said we weren’t supposed to be there until tomorrow the 15th. Then he said Vrbo was not supposed to rent it as it was being renovated. He offered to call a friend who has rental. Now here we are in an unfamiliar area and very uncomfortable with no place to stay. After numerous phone calls to Vrbo and not being able to find us a place to stay we finally at 8:00pm found a hotel with availability for us at a much higher rate and we were unable to cook and prepare meals as we had planned.
