Bait and switch

The owner rented the unit to someone else prior to our arrival and attempted to force us to take a different/lesser unit. We rejected this and demanded our money back. We were forced to stay in a hotel until we could secure another residence. This was a costly and upsetting experience.

Lovely home!

This is an absolutely gorgeous home with everything that you could need for even a large family gathering. It is walking distance to a great grocery store and several restaurants. It is in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails and a community pool nearby. Helena, the host was wonderful and helped me when I needed a place to stay on very short notice. Hope that I can stay there next time that I visit the Woodlands! Thank you Helena. Diane

Great home and neighborhood

Home was clean. Needs some updating. But price was good. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The owner was quick to respond to any issue. All resolved except water dispenser on refrigerator didn’t work.

Convenient stay

Great property for a long term stay while our home was being remodeled. Very convenient location walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, etc. The owner was very responsive and has taken the time to decorate and stock the property so that it feels like an actual home.
